Group-Buy and Pre-Order Policy

• What are Group-Buys / Pre-Orders / In-stock sales?
  • Group Buy: A group-buy is a type of crowd funding, where a certain MOQ has to be reached before the production can start. A group buy has a start date and an end date and during this period, unlimited amount of orders can be placed, since production (supply) will be adjusted according to demand.
  • Pre-Order: At the Pre-Order stage, the purchase order has been submitted to the manufacturer OR production has started. Thus there are limited number of spots available.
  • In-Stock: In-stock items are already sitting in our warehouse and are ready to be dispatched! They are the leftovers from the GB/Pre-Orders which have been fulfilled. Very limited number of units may be available.
