QC for Anodizing Standards

 

 

In the process of anodizing, the product can lead to some minor dichromatic outcomes or some smearing at the surface level and also you'll see some hook marks within the case (shown in the 3rd pic.)

 
If there are scratches or marks on the product that are not visible(Product internals and weight) after assembly, they are not subject to QC.
 

A-Stock: Below 1mm dents, Scratches below 3mm

B-Stock: Over 1mm dents, Scratches over 3mm,  Etc

C-Stock: Over 1mm dents, Scratches over 5mm, Etc
