QC Standards for Coated Aluminum Products

  • A-Stock: Dents below 1mm, Scratches below 3mm, less than three cissing/dimpling below 2mm on surfaces other than the top of the housing
  • B-Stock: Dents over 1mm, Scratches over 3mm, more than three cissing/dimpling below 2mm

※ In the case of exchange or refund, only products whose components have been checked after the product is collected within 7 days of receipt.

※ The anodizing process may cause discoloration, smudging, banding, etc.

※ Ring marks inside the housing may be visible during the anodizing process.

※ CNC processing marks, scratches, and discoloration of invisible parts (including weight and plate) 

after assembling the product are not considered for exchange or return.

※ Housing prints and scratches over 3 mm can be exchanged or returned.


The brass weight has a silver coating on it, and its irregular shape makes it difficult to coat evenly, which can cause the existing brass color to show through.
The area is not corroded, it is just unevenly coated over the bumpy area.
